Objective: review GP-FWK-006 — Shared form components.
Evidence already shows the shared shell owns gp-form-grid, gp-form-row, gp-form-actions, gp-form, and related shell styling, and accepted admin surfaces use those conventions. The remaining question is whether this is proof-grade acceptance or whether a dedicated form-component acceptance artifact is still required.

Instructions:
- Verify the authoritative live evidence set and canonical SHA.
- Reconcile GP-FWK-006 only.
- Decide whether existing shared form styling and shell conventions are sufficient, or whether a narrow evidence gap remains.
- Do not broaden into broader ServiceVault work.
- Do not create a Minion unless evidence proves a genuine implementation gap and no suitable historical owner can be reused.
- Preserve GP-FWK-003, GP-FWK-004, and GP-FWK-005 as Complete.
- Return a precise evidence matrix, the next exact gap if any, and stop after the selected slice.
