Do not modify implementation source. Do not invoke Special One. Do not create Minions.

Objective: implement or reconcile GP-FWK-008 — Pagination.
Evidence already shows the shared table primitives and table styling exist canonically, but no standalone pagination control or pager contract was found. Audit the canonical evidence first, then implement only the smallest pagination slice required for the shared UI/framework contract.

Instructions:
- Verify the authoritative live evidence set and canonical SHA.
- Reconcile GP-FWK-008 only.
- Do not broaden into GP-FWK-009 or GP-FWK-010 except for brief dependency awareness.
- Do not create a Minion unless evidence proves a genuine implementation gap and no suitable historical owner can be reused.
- Preserve GP-FWK-006 and GP-FWK-007 as Complete.
- Run the relevant Grand Project tests and full CI only if source changes are made.
- Return a precise evidence matrix, implementation or reconciliation result, and stop after the selected slice.
