A review-only reconciliation round is authorized for the first genuine remaining Asset Registry / ServiceVault gap:
GP-ASSET-006 - Location relationships.

Use live GPO only as the authority. Verify canonical main first. Inspect the canonical Asset Registry implementation, the AssetRegistryService location helpers, the AssetRegistryRepository location tables, and the ServiceVault property/location bridge evidence before making any judgment. Do not modify implementation source. Do not create Minions. Do not broaden into GP-ASSET-007 or GP-ASSET-008. Stop after the evidence-only review slice and report whether GP-ASSET-006 can be accepted or remains partial.

Rules:
- Allocate a fresh unique CMD-* source-run ID.
- Use the permanent PowerShell Execution Standard.
- Apply the Two-Strikes Rule.
- Inspect canonical implementation before any coding; if evidence is sufficient, reconcile directly without source changes.
- Use Minions On Demand only if a later implementation round is genuinely required and no safe existing worker fits.
- Keep MINION-10 documentation-only.
- Do not broaden into unrelated ServiceVault domain work.
- Run focused Grand Project tests for the evidence review.
- If the task proves complete, record acceptance evidence and stop.
