Objective: produce one proof-grade acceptance artifact for GP-ASSET-007. Implementation already exists; the gap is evidence, not a new metadata architecture.

Review criteria: description create -> update -> read-back; notes create -> update -> read-back; manufacturer_id create -> update -> read-back; model_id create -> update -> read-back; serial_number create -> update -> read-back; import/export retention for all required metadata fields.
Existing evidence: AssetRegistryService.php, AssetRegistryRepository.php, Asset Registry migration/config/routes, historical MINION-04 foundation, and broad Asset Registry smoke tests.

Gates: allocate a fresh unique CMD-* ID; use PowerShell Execution Standard and Two-Strikes Rule; verify origin/main at b9712a0bd46a3c970fd7a31332f460d560f8e227; keep MINION-10 documentation-only; locate existing proof first; if absent, create only the smallest acceptance/test artifact. Do not alter schema, metadata architecture, ServiceVault, UI, API, or GP-ASSET-008+. Run focused tests and composer run ci/git diff --check only if source/test changes are committed. Stop after GP-ASSET-007 acceptance.
